Raise Lives Daily - June 4

Bible Verse:

"A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another." — John 13:34

In John 15:11, Jesus says, "I have told you this..." Jesus teaches us many things so that we may live with joy. One of His most important teachings is simple: "Love one another."

Love is at the heart of the Christian life. Jesus did not ask His followers to simply talk about love. He asked them to live it every day. We show love through kindness, patience, forgiveness, and care for others.

Every morning gives us a new opportunity to practice this teaching. We can choose kind words instead of harsh words. We can forgive instead of holding on to anger. We can help someone in need instead of thinking only about ourselves.

Loving others is not always easy. People may disappoint us or misunderstand us. Yet Jesus calls us to love as He loved us—with grace, compassion, and patience.

A life filled with love reflects the character of Christ. It brings peace to our hearts, strengthens relationships, and becomes a witness to others.

As you begin this day, ask yourself: How can I show the love of Christ to someone today?

With Love

Morning Thought: Do Not Worry Bible Verse: "Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life." Matthew 6:25 In John 15:11, Jesus says, "I have told you this..." Jesus teaches us many things so that we may live with joy. One of His simple and powerful teachings is: "Do not worry." Many of us start the day thinking about our work, family, plans, and problems. Sometimes we worry about things that may happen in the future. But Jesus tells us not to let worry fill our hearts. Worry takes away our peace and joy. It makes us focus on our problems instead of God's care. Jesus reminds us that God takes care of the birds and the flowers. If God cares for them, He will surely care for us too. This does not mean life will always be easy. We will still face challenges. But we can face them with faith, knowing that God is with us. Today, do not carry yesterday's troubles or tomorrow's fears. Trust God one day at a time. Let His love give you peace and His ...

Raise Lives Daily Morning Thought: Ask and It Will Be Given to You Bible Verse: "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened to you." — Matthew 7:7 In John 15:11, Jesus says, "I have told you this..." Jesus teaches us many things so that we may live with joy. One of His encouraging teachings is found in Matthew 7:7: "Ask, and it will be given to you." Many times, we try to carry our burdens alone. We worry, struggle, and search for answers by ourselves. But Jesus invites us to come to Him. He tells us to ask, seek, and knock. This verse reminds us that God is not distant. He listens when we pray. He cares about our needs, our fears, and our dreams. When we seek Him, we find His guidance. When we knock, He opens doors according to His will. Sometimes God's answers may not come immediately. Sometimes His answer may be different from what we expect. Yet we can trust that He knows what is best for us. As yo...
