Bible Verse:
But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:33
In John 15:11, Jesus says, “I have told you this…” He teaches us many things so that our lives may be filled with His joy. One of His life-changing teachings is: “Seek first the kingdom of God.”
Every morning, our minds are filled with many priorities. We think about work, studies, family responsibilities, finances, and future plans. While these things are important, Jesus reminds us that our first priority should be our relationship with God.
To seek God's kingdom means to place Him at the center of our lives. It means spending time in prayer, reading His Word, and choosing to live according to His will. When God becomes our first priority, He gives us wisdom to handle every other responsibility.
Seeking God first does not mean ignoring our daily duties. Instead, it means facing them with His guidance and strength. A Christian lifestyle is not about living without challenges but about walking with Christ through every challenge.
Many people begin their day by checking their phones or worrying about their schedule. Imagine how different our day would be if we first sought God's presence. His peace would calm our hearts, and His wisdom would guide our decisions.
As you begin this morning, make Jesus your first priority. Seek His kingdom before everything else, and trust Him to take care of your needs.
With Love
